Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on most items in our shop, which means you have 30 days after purchase to make a return. Returns can only be accepted in store by one of our staff. To qualify for a return, you must return the item in the same condition it was sold in and include proof of purchase. Items returned without proof of purchase may, at our discretion, be eligible for store credit only.

We offer an extended returns period of 60 days for items that have a gift receipt.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Perishable items, such as food and drinks.
  • Items that were damaged at the point of purchase if you were made aware of the damage before paying.
  • Certain items marked as firm sale prior to purchasing.

Please inspect your items before leaving the shop and let us know immediately if they are damaged or defective. We will evaluate the issue and can resolve it on the spot in most cases.
